Privacy
OTC AI is a small studio in Portland, Oregon. This page explains what happens to the information you send us through the booking form on this site. The short version: we use it to reply to you, and nothing else.
What we collect
Only what you type into the booking form:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number and business or website, if you add them
- What you need and what you tell us about the job
- The address of the page you sent it from
We don't use tracking cookies, ad pixels or analytics that follow you around the web. If we add visitor statistics later, they will be anonymous, and we will update this page.
The AI features on this page
This page has four AI features: the "Your industry" box in How it works, which rewrites the running example, the "Try it" workflow mapper, the "Ask this part" box in the How it works details, and the question box under the mapper. If you use one, what you type (and, for questions, the conversation so far) is sent to Anthropic, the company that runs the AI model that writes the answer, and the answer is sent back to your browser. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms and does not use it to train its models. We keep the text of what you type, without your name or IP address, in our hosting logs so we can see what visitors ask and improve our answers. If you use the mapper, your browser also keeps your last workflow map so it's still there if you reload; it never leaves your device unless you send it to us with the booking form. Please don't type personal details or customer records into these features.
AI updates by email
If you sign up for AI updates, we keep your email address, the industry you typed (if any), where on the site you signed up, and when you confirmed. We use them to send the weekly digest and a short series of notes about how we work, written once by us and tailored with one sentence about your industry. Emails are sent through Resend. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works with one click; after that we send nothing more. We tell our founders when someone confirms, so we may follow up personally.
How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare a plan, scope and price for your project.
- To keep a simple record of who asked us about what, so nothing falls through the cracks.
We don't sell your information, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.
Where it's kept
Each booking is emailed to our founders and saved in a private spreadsheet. Both run on Google's services under our accounts, and only our team can see them. This site is hosted by Vercel, and its fonts load from Google Fonts. Those services see basic technical details, such as your IP address, when your browser loads the page.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we're talking with you or working together, and for a reasonable time after for our records. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us at any time. Email cthanhna@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
